About me
and the show
After a severe motorcycle accident in 1997, my life would take a dramatic turn. Leaving me with a paralysed left arm and chronic pain, I would take this adversity and grow from it, turning it into a celebration of living no matter what you face. Join me on my journey to learn why I see myself as one of the luckiest people alive and why I would not change a thing.
Thank you so much for sharing…. He had me in tears. Such valuable insight to pain. Wonderful to hear what he has learned works for him. Will help me in my work with chronic pain sufferers

I highly recommend this podcast for people who are primarily dealing with chronic pain, or those seeking or appreciating a most inspiring story on one of the most challenging realities a human could ever face.
The author weaves a compelling story based on their experiences that leaves one in awe of what is possible with a mixture of pragmatic, creative and positive thinking. Highly recommended

Fraser Brown
Born and bred in Canterbury, New Zealand, father of three Fraser brings to the show 25yrs experience in overcoming the effects of severe pain and physical disability. His understanding of the effects of pain and how to turn it around to work for you rather than against you has inspired many. Fraser still is an active motorcyclist despite his injury and you’ll often find him riding bikes, reading about bikes or watching bikes.
